  1. My plans to save money on the holidays this year are to use my UP rewards from Rite aid and my Register Rewards from Walgreen's to buy gifts for my kids. I am also currently watching Craigslist for a gently used play kitchen for my girls for Santa to bring them.
I have already been using my Alberston's doublers to score cheap or free food to put away for Christmas and Thanksgiving dinner for us and to give to families in need.

  2. Monica you rock! I love that couponing allows us to afford items for our own families along with families in need!

  3. Lots of coupons, Dave Ramsey's books and how to budget have been a great way to save money, where I wasn't sure we could. I also do a co-op http://www.bountifulbaskets.org/ $15 for a box of fruits and veggies. I have a van and me and my girlfriends go and share the gas price to drive the 45mins. Ebay and Craigslist and the second hand stores for gifts and clothes

  4. Planning on saving money by watching the ads so I can combine sales, coupons, and/or register rewards. Scouting blogs such as this has become a major tool for saving money this year!

  5. I have been using Rite Aid coupons and +up rewards to buy Christmas gifts for months and with the new diaper deals at Rite Aid we saved enough to almost complete our holiday shopping. Along with Black Friday deals the possibilities are endless!
