Attention Military Couponers! Commissary Shopping

Hey everyone! I'm Emily, the new kid on the block here at Savvy with Savings!! Since I am a military wife, and a couponer, the commissary here at Fairchild is my new beat ;-)

Now, so you all know, there is a law that states that I cannot give out commissary sale prices online. BUT I can point you in the right directions :-)

The commissaries sale cycles vary, and I will be posting good deals and coupons to look for when they change.

Do you have any specific questions about military/commissary shopping? Please feel free to leave them in the comments section!!

New Rite Aid Coupon Policy

Rite Aid just updated their policy. Make sure you read it and print it out for your binder. The changes I saw were this:
1. No more using B1G1 coupon on a B1G1 sale.
2. No more overage. Coupon cannot exceed the cost of the item (I'm guessing they'll adjust them down)

Other than that it all looks the same. We can still stack a MF, RA, VV and Total Purchase (survey) coupons. I'll post anything else I happen to run across.
