Our fresh, flavorful, 93/7 super lean fine ground beef is only $2.79 / lb for a 40 lb case.  Please note our ground beef is not packaged in exact weights. Premium All Beef Steak Dogs:  Each 10 lb case includes 50 steak dogs.  Pre-cooked and easy to repackage, these are a must to have on hand for barbecue season.  These all beef steak dogs are made from steak pieces.   Price is $2.87 per lb.

German Sausages:  Each 10 lb case includes 50 pre-cooked sausages, made with pork, beef, and a spice blend.  Easy to repackage. Price is $2.87 per lb.

Premium 80/20 lean chopped steak patties:  Each 18 lb case includes 6 packages for a total of 72 patties (with 12 patties in each 3 lb package).  These are fantastic hamburgers for the grill.  Price is $2.97 per lb.

Many of you have told us you are out or close to being out of chicken. The news that our next chicken deliveries were scheduled for the fall was a huge disappointment to those of you who emailed and called.

Prices seem to always go up in the summer, so we try to avoid offering chicken at this time of the year. However, great news - we searched around and were able to secure a great summer price.

Get Ready! The sale will open tomorrow at 5:00pm. The price for the Fresh Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts will be $1.64 per lb. Delivery dates will range from June 10 thru June 16th.
