My Alby's Shopping Trip!

I am a huge Albertson's fan as most of you know. Not only that, but I was liking the Coupon Rounding they are doing this week (any manufacture coupon under $1 gets rounded up to $1). Here's what I scored last night shopping with my fave couponer, Shannan.

4 Boxes of Cinnamon Toast Crunch $1.88

6 Boxes of Multi Grain Cheerios Peanut Butter $1.88

(both were apart of the must buy 5 mix and match sale for $1.88)

1 Box of Essentials boxed pasta $1.99

6 BirdsEye Steamers Green Beans $4/$5

-used 2 $.50/1 Cinnamon Toast Crunch (both rounded up to $1)

-used 2 $.60/1 Cinnamon Toast Crunch (both rounded up to $1)

-used 2 $1.10/2 Cheerios variety

-used 1 $1/2 Cheerios variety

-used 2 $1/3 BirdsEye Steamers

-used Get 1 Free Essentials Boxed Pasta when you spend $10 or more CAT from previous purchase

Total OOP: $17.10

Saved $51.73 after coupons, 4 coupon round-ups and sale price for a 76% savings!

And to top it off, I earned a $5 reward!

My Trip to FRED MEYER!

First, I have to point out that after I took this picture I realized I had some of Shannan's Mac 'N Cheese. I only bought 6 not 10.

Okay, so from time to time, Fred Meyer does the Buy 10 Save $5 Instantly sale. I love when they do this. Their Buy 10 Save $5 always trumps the other stores' sales. :)

Here's what I did last night:

4 Honey Bunches of Oats Family Size $2.49 ($1.99 after buy 10)

-used 4 $1/1 Honey Bunches of Oats Cereal

6 Mac 'N Cheeses $1.05 ($.55 after buy 10)

1 12 pack Home Essentials TP $3.99

(I love this stuff. I'd say it's in the middle of Angle Soft and Charmin)

Total OOP: $11.60

Total savings after sale and coupons: Guessing about $17.81 (can't remember original price on everything and FM recites don't show them) or roughly 60% savings!

Halloween for Mom! My Shopping Trip 10/30

I have been trying to get back into my couponing/stockpiling habits, and let me just say that hitting the commissary at closing time to get free toothpaste and free Nesquik is the way to do it! BETTER than free, the toothpaste had a $.13 overage and the Nesquik had a $.03 overage! Did you know you get overages from the Commissary??

This trip? Yeah, $2.59 out the door. Im good with that.

Plus, free toothpaste? My favorite :-)

My Shopping Trip 10/26

I just wanted to share my first couponing trip in awhile! I'm getting my coupon MOJO back!!

I stopped by the commissary this morning, and was able to match up some military coupons with some good sales and stock up on (a family favorite!) granola bars and brownie mix for under $10!!

(Because it was a commissary trip, I cannot post specific pricing or coupon amounts, due to military and commissary laws. But if you're military, go check out these sales!!)

I am going to start this post off by saying couponing does not always go as planned. I tried to use a $3/$15 survey receipt today (more info on this here) and the cashier had no idea what I was talking about. She called up a manager who also had no idea what I was talking about. So I put it back in my coupon folder and I will save it for another time.

I also received (2) $2.00 +ups from the sunglasses!

My Shopping Trip Week of July 17

Well, this week was kind of uneventful as far as killer deals go, but I had +up rewards burning a hole in my pocket (and due to expire!)

Albertsons:

10 boxes of Ronzoni pasta-Free!
4 loaves of Franz Bread-Free!
20 cups of Yoplait yogurt-only $.30 a cup

Rite Aid
2 Jumbo packs of Pampers (BIG SCORE!)-$2.99 each!
2 Murphys Oil Soap-$1 each

I am desperately waiting for Rite Aid to get the Tide Stain Packs back in so I can use my rain check and get them for about $2 a piece with coupon and $3 off a $15 order coupon!
