-To claim your prize, please email us at by Wednesday at 9pm with your address.
Thanks, again, for playing!

The Savvy With Savings Team

It's that time of year when we start sorting through our closets, drawers, and cabnets. We pull out clothes we don't wear, clothes that don't fit, and replace them with new or clothes for the new, warmer season. We pull the toothbrush out from under the sink and go to town on every nook and cranny we can find in the bathroom and kitchen. We bleach our bathtubs, touch-up paint, add new colors and wait for that perfect day when the sun is shining through all the windows and the house looks untouched, sparkling clean, and as close to a magazine picture as you can get it.
Okay, maybe thats just me...

Anyways, with all of the above in mind, how about

  1. So, I actually LOVE cleaning. I get super excited when I get new cleaning products to try out.
The one thing I HATE about cleaning, to the point I will procrastinate until dust bunnies are begging me to knock them outta their misery, is getting interrupted when cleaning!!! I call it my Mommy ADD. I start to clean in one area of the house when I get interuppted by kids, lose my focus and then start on another area of cleaning. I currently have 4 kids at home 4 and under....with 3 more in school. (We are foster parents, hence the currently. Since we have recent newbie foster kids, I'm still trying to get them adjusted to my schedule. Therefore, the house REALLY needs Spring cleaned. Actually I need a few more springs in me to be able to clean. I am hoping to win these coupons and have some fun shopping for new cleaning supplies, thus giving me some motivation, or some spring to my step to get all this cleaning done!
Glad to have found a local couponing site! Can't wait to see up and coming posts!

  2. Thank you Shelby! LOL! I'm glad I'm not the only one who gets in these cleaning modes. My husband often comes home, looks at me weird, gives me a kiss and walks away. He knows its best to not even ask. I do have to ask you: Do you use a toothbrush? I always have a few under the sink. My friends give me a lot of slack for that! :) Glad you found us!

  4. Entry #2
I think I hate cleaning the bathrooms the most, and I think it is because that was my every Saturday chore at home when I was a kid. I try now to clean as I go, but with three small kids (4, 5 & 6) it's a really messy job!

  5. Entry #3
The second cleaning chore I don't care for is mopping floors. If I could hire someone to do this, I certainly would!
