I absolutely LOVE it when Fred Meyer has the Friends and Family Savings Pass.
My family eats a lot of Fred Meyer brand foods (milk, bread, yogurt, etc.) and so I take advantage of the extra savings every time it comes around!
Starting tomorrow (8/12) you can use this pass every time you shop until Monday, 8/15!
