ReplyDeleteTiffany- A tear pad is the stack of tearable coupons you'll find next to items on the shelf. It's much like the little blinkie machines that spit the coupons out. We do know there is a new Safeway book out, but we have yet to run across it. Believe me, we walk the whole store looking. Last week we were told they are out but haven't hit the store floors yet.
